To encourage reluctant users of the new chip and PIN system, we created this direct mailer. It informs them of the security benefits to the system, gives them simple step-by-step instructions on how to use chip and PIN when purchasing and also gives them useful tips on how to remember their PIN or what to do if they forget it.
