As a key player in the Software and Video Games department of one of the world's largest online retailers, I was responsible for all onsite and email marketing activity for Adobe Systems Incorporated, the world's leading desktop publishing and design software providers. Negotiating marketing activity plans for high profile product launches and promotions, I developed a strong and profitable relationship with the client, leading the Amazon team to victory as the Best Online Retailer and Best Hobbyist Distributor at the 2010 Adobe Channel Awards.

I advised my client on content submission and copyediting, ensuring content was editorially correct and adhered to site standards, whilst maximising product pages with the inclusion of product features, descriptions, accessory recommendations, images and video content wherever possible. By regularly extracting and analysing site and email metrics, I was able to identify new opportunities and test different conditions to drive revenue and growth. I presented my findings and results to senior management on a weekly basis in the business review meeting.
