Over twenty years' commercial experience working in digital marketing.
I've worked at global giants Amazon and Coca-Cola, as well as some of London’s top advertising agencies where I produced content for major brands including Adobe, Harrods, McDonald’s and Lloyds TSB. Whether it’s crafting compelling copy or delivering complex digital projects, I’ve honed my skills across diverse industries to create impactful results.
My unique blend of skills means I can be your one-stop solution for all things web –saving you time and ensuring polished, professional results.
As a freelance copywriter, web designer, and SEO specialist, I deliver tailored digital solutions for clients ranging from startups and nonprofits to global brands. I create engaging content for campaigns, websites, and emails, design user-friendly websites, and enhance online visibility through strategic SEO and content management. My versatile approach ensures compelling, results-driven outcomes that connect with audiences and improve brand presence.
Managed the digital online strategy for the UK's largest private furniture retailer, Furniture Village. Coordinated a team of twelve, including user experience experts, copywriters, designers and developers, as well as line managing three production executives and one project manager. Together, we executed a fast-paced and demanding communications plan, consistently producing work to an exceptionally high standard.
As a key player in the Software and Video Games department of one of the world’s largest online retailers, I was responsible for all onsite and email marketing activity for Adobe Systems Incorporated, the world’s leading desktop publishing and design software providers. Negotiating marketing activity plans for high profile product launches and promotions, I developed a strong and profitable relationship with the client, leading the Amazon team to victory as the Best Online Retailer and Best Hobbyist Distributor at the 2010 Adobe Channel Awards.
In 2007, I joined TBG London, introducing copywriting as a new creative discipline and overseeing all agency copy. Collaborating with strategists, art directors, and designers, I crafted compelling content for digital campaigns, websites, and emails, tailoring my style to brands like American Express, Greenpeace, and Harrods. My innovative work helped TBG London earn a spot among NMA’s top 100 agencies in 2008.
Working in the creative services team at Dare Digital, I jumped into the heart of the creative chaos, helping the team keep projects on track. I juggled schedules, paired designers and developers with the right jobs, and made sure everyone stayed briefed on time.
